  • Return or Damage Policy

    This item is very heavy, so shipping will cost over $100 plus insurance.  It is designed as a shabby chic piece so it already has some "wear and tear" for aesthetics.  Acceptable damage for return is missing or damaged appliques, noticeable breakage to wood or major scratching of painted finish.  If the item is damaged in shipping, I will put in a request to the courier for investigation.  If the item is returned for reasons other than damage, there will be a 50% refund of the purchase price (minus packaging and shipping).  The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance.  If the item is not covered by shipping insurance and arrives damaged per the criteria above, there will be no refurnd of the purchase price.
