    This item may be returned for 100% refund if undamaged.  No refund will be issued if returned with damage.  Damage is defined as major chips, ruined paint due to cleaning with water or chemicals, or in pieces.  If damaged during shipping, the courier will be notified and a refund will be issued after they have made their determination that it was indeed damaged during shipping.
